Incuspaze plans to expand across smaller cities

Incuspaze, a chain of premium enterprise-managed office spaces and co-working spaces, is accelerating its growth domestically, with enterprises looking to expand through flexible office spaces.

The company and to open new centres in Kochi, Trivandrum, Ahmedabad, Noida, and others.

The firm plans to open two more centres in Kochi and one in Trivandrum, with a total capacity of 1000-seater and will cover approximately 50,000 sq ft. Similarly, Ahmedabad and Jaipur will soon see a new Incuspaze Centre with a 1000 seat capacity covering 40,000 sq ft.

“There has been an overwhelming rise in demand for managed workspaces in India from large enterprises post the pandemic. Given the transition to a hybrid model, most organisations prefer that their employees operate out of smaller city-based offices rather than headquarters. In a recent trend, we witnessed large corporations downsizing their HQ by almost 30%-40% and are spreading out their office portfolio in Tier 2 & 3 locations where the majority of their existing and future work force comes from,” Sanjay Choudhary, Founder and CEO at Incupaze, said.

Recently Incuspaze customised centres for Credgenics in Noida for 200 employees and for Byjus in Ahmedabad and Lucknow covering 800 employees.

Despite the challenges brought about by the Covid-19 pandemic, the managed workspace provider has been operating at 100 percent permitted occupancy at most of their centers.

“We at Incuspaze are aligned with the needs of enterprises operating across industries and thus offer unparalleled services at our managed workspaces at every location. Over the next 5 to 6 months, our vision is to grow our footprint by half a million square feet across target cities. While the pandemic was a setback to the industry, the demand has picked up over the last few months. If the industry continues to grow at this trajectory, we will further ramp up our growth strategy with the hope that the office absorption level will bounce back to pre-covid levels by 2022,” Sanjay Chatrath , Managing Partner India at Incuspaze, said.

Incuspaze currently manages 1.5 mn sq ft of flexible spaces across 30 PLUS locations in 12 cities.
